Cellular
Concrete : |

More
>>
|
|
Cellular concrete is cement bonded material manufactured
by blending a very fluid cement paste
(slurry) and then injecting stable,
pre-formed foam into the slurry. The
volume of slurry to foam dictates the
density of the foam concrete.
The physical characteristics of foam
concrete are determined by various mix
designs. These may include the use of
Portland Cement (CEM1) either on its own
or in combination with a percentage of
Pulverized Fly Ash, limestone dust or
sand.
Due to its weight (which is about
one-fourth of the weight of conventional
concrete);cellular concrete's major
application is in the manufacture of
lightweight panels and blocks.
Typical applications are void filling in
mines, after excavation work or disused
trenches and shafts. This is just one
example of how this market can be
developed.

Perlite Concrete : |

More
>> |
|
Perlite is not a trade name but a type of glassy volcanic rock originating from lava of strictly determined chemical composition and crystalline water content. The perlite ore grains are abruptly subjected to immediate heat near to their softening point 930°C. the combined water rapidly vapourize causing them to expand 4 to 20 times their original volume. the expansion process creates countless air voids in the grains which account for the lightweight and excellent insulating properties of Expanded Perlite , Because of these unique properties, perlite is used in the manufacture of masonry wall insulation, under floor insulation , cryogenic insulation, board, lightweight perlite concrete, insulating plasters, lightweight blocks and roof deck insulation .

Polyurethane Foam
: |

More
>> |
|
Rigid polyurethane foam is a highly cross-linked, closed
cell, thermo set plastic with a low density. Its low thermal
conductivity contributes to the material’s outstanding
insulation properties. During the foam production process,
the reaction system bonds permanently to the surface facings
before it cure. Rigid foams are high-performance materials
for both insulation and construction, thereby reducing
energy losses.

|
|
shingles
are the most widely used
residential roofing material
in the world after ceramic
tiles.
Aside to their own natural aesthetics, shingles offer a
great variety of benefits
for home owners, roofers,
architects, developers and
investors.
• Waterproof by nature.
• Their light weight allows a
lighter roof structure and
important savings in the
construction of the house.
• Shingles do not require
special and expensive
accessories.
• Shingles are available in a
wide variety of colors and
shapes, which match the style of
every building
and which blend in with their
surroundings.
• Shingle roofs absorb the noise
made by rain or hail to a large
extent.

|
Composite wood is a material
that is made of a unique
combination of wood and plastic
fibers. It gets its plastic and
wood fibers from reclaimed or
recycled resources. Including
sawdust and used pallets from
woodworking operations, and
recycled plastic grocery bags.
This new material combines the
best features of wood to create
a superior alternative to wood:
• Plastic shields the wood from
moisture and insect damage,
preventing rotting and
splintering.
•
Wood protects the plastic from
UV damage while providing a
